**Information for calculating the delivery date

The period for delivery begins in the case of payment by prepayment by bank transfer on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution or, for other payment methods, to run on the day after the conclusion of the contract and ends at the end of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognised by the State at the place of delivery, the next working day shall replace such a day.

Information on payment with Klarna

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna:

  • Invoice: The payment period is 14 days from the dispatch of the goods/ticket/ or, in the case of other services, the provision of the service. The invoice conditions for invoice purchase for deliveries to Germany can be found under and for deliveries to Austria under
  • Immediate: The debiting of your account will take place immediately after placing the order.
  • Direct debit: The debit is made after the shipment of the goods. The time will be communicated to you by e-mail. (Please list only those payment methods that are also offered by you.)

The use of the payment methods invoice and direct debit requires a positive credit check. In this respect, we forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and credit check as part of the purchase initiation and execution of the purchase contract. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permitted on the basis of the results of the credit check. Right to return Christmas

The following conditions apply to our Christmas right of return:

1) We grant you as a consumer a contractual right of return if you order one or more articles in our online shop between 25.11.2022 and 24.12.2022. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that can be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity. Decisive for compliance with this period is the time at which you trigger your order in our online shop by sending the order.

2) Due to this right of return, you are entitled to return one or more items ordered within this period to us against reimbursement of the purchase price, provided that you make use of the right of return granted to you by 07.01.2021 at the latest by declaration to us. You have to bear the costs of return shipping costs from the EU for shipping to us. In Germany, return shipping is free of charge.

3) Excluded from this right of return are those articles for which you are not entitled to a statutory right of revocation according to §§ 312g, 355 BGB.

4) The right of return expires in the event that an item is used, i.e. it is used as by an owner, or in the case of items that are damaged or otherwise deteriorated in their condition after delivery to you.

5) You can make use of the right of return granted to you by either sending an e-mail to by 07.01.2022 at the latest that you want to make use of your right of return for one or more articles or by returning the article(s) to be returned to us with a corresponding enclosed declaration by 07.01.2022 at the latest. In the latter case, the time of delivery of the items to the carrier is decisive for the adherence to the deadline.

6) You must return the items to be returned within the scope of the right of return in unused condition together with the supplied accessories in the original packaging to us at your own expense and risk.

8) We recommend that you return the item(s) to us exclusively by way of insured shipping and in secure outer packaging. In the case of non-free return shipping to us, we must deduct the costs incurred by us due to the non-free return shipment from the refund amount.

9) If you exercise your right of return in due time and the aforementioned return conditions are all met, we will refund you within 30 days of receipt of the returned item the full purchase price that you have actually paid for the item as part of your order (minus any discounts, for example).

10) Your statutory right of revocation according to §§ 312g, 355 BGB is neither limited nor modified by the granted right of return. As long as you are entitled to both a right of revocation and the contractual right of return under the statutory provisions, you have the choice of whether you make use of your statutory right of withdrawal or of the contractual right of return.

11) Furthermore, your statutory rights to defects are not affected by the contractual right of return.”
